Boxcold has developed and enhanced a new 3D configuration program that allows you to easily and simultaneously realize projects and offers of one or more cold rooms in different thicknesses and standard or oversized dimensions, complete with additional standard accessories, mobile or fixed dividing walls and further options.
How it works
The 3D configurator is a unique service that Boxcold supplies to its customers directly by means of a specific license.
There is a Professional version used by the company staff and a Lite version used by the customers and distributors thanks to an activation password.
The customers can send directly the offers and the projects realized with the Lite configurator to the Professional version via web portal. Actually, once defined the offer with the final customer, Boxcold customer can send this purchase confirmation to the Sales Department who can convert it into an order confirmation to be sent back and validated for further written proof of the final order. Before the final order confirmation is sent back, it is checked from a technical and commercial point of view.
When the order confirmation is validated by the customer, the Boxcold technical department forwards the order first to an ERP system and then to an MRP system that calculates the material requirements and plans the production details.

Coldyfor refrigerating units can also be added to your customized project. All prices are constantly updated. The offer can be printed in four languages and it is usually sent in a few minutes.
The customer is trained in the use of the Lite configurator, but always stays in touch with the technical and commercial departments for any doubts, even in the post-sale.
