the story
Boxcold has been built from the desire to create a company able to be a benchmark of its market. In its timeline from 1995 to 2005 the Company lives ten years of intense start up, with the design and construction of small, medium and large refrigerating systems for major brands such as Motta, Algida, Sammontana, Antica Gelateria, Tre Marie.
In 2005 the first building was built and two years later the production and sale of the first modular cold rooms in Italy began. The fuse lit finally, with successfully national and international Exhibitions and with innovative CNC machines the new technological era starts.
In 2017 Boxcold takes a big step forward in the field of digitisation introducing a new 3D configurator that allows to quote offers directly with the PC. It is a supporting software not only for the company, but also for all the customers who can quote their own offers using a version designed for them thus overcoming the use of outdated paper manuals.
This technological development goes hand in hand with a structural expansion of the company that currently has brand new production facilities, an automated warehouse and increasingly large and functional outdoor areas.
In this 4.0 industry era, Boxcold has a leading role in the development of industrial automation and in the introduction of innovative production technologies like the MES, a simple but effective tool that allows to better manage the planning and monitor in real time the work in progress of each process.
The heart
