It is made of 304 stainless steel with anti-fingerprint scotch brite finish, thickness 0,4 mm used to cover all the cold room components – panels, doors, edges – internally, externally or both sides. This solution is adopted to store fish products because the stainless steel ensures different technical and functional advantages as regards the corrosion resistance and the health and hygiene standards, guarantying an ideal food storage and a shelf life preservation.
